Discuss your business plan

Step Two

Engage in discovery discussions with our Vice President of International Operations to build your business plan.

Pretzelmaker LOI

Step Three

Receive the Pretzelmaker Letter of Intent (LOI).

Step Four

Perfect and hone your business plan based on the business terms that you and the VP of International Operations agreed upon.

The Timeline

Once you have decided to get started as a Pretzelmaker master franchisee, the process begins! It is important for us to comply with all international laws regarding franchising, so we will spend considerable time getting acquainted with the laws and regulations in your territory. In our experience, the legal process typically takes 30-60 days on average and then the Master Franchisee process can begin! Once the contract is in place, you will receive a Market Launch plan that maps out the activities that will take place from your brand training through opening day. During the Market Launch phase, we will work with you to track the key milestones such as training, local sourcing, identifying the first site, and purchasing food and equipment. While each new market launch is different, we find that most new markets open within six to twelve months of the contract execution.
